It takes about 45-60 minutes of freezing time to get slushy.
Mix 1 part slushy syrup to 4 parts water.
Slushy syrup gallons are available for purchase.
Hopper holds 3 gallon of mix.
Cylinder holds 1 qt. of frozen slushy
1 gallon of syrup makes 5 gallons of slush mix which is 80 8oz servings or 52 12oz servings.
You can continue to add more slush mix to the hopper as needed and it will continue to freeze. If you are dispensing slushies rapidly, you might need to give the machine a break to freeze.
Alcohol may be added, but Eagle is not responsible if it does not freeze properly.
